 

#  GMAS release 1\_49 this weekend

 **GMAS WILL BE UNAVAILABLE STARTING AT 7PM EST ON FRIDAY, April 5th FOR A SCHEDULED RELEASE.** It will be available again no later than 8:00AM EST Monday, April 8th. Details of this release include:

- New proposal budget view and entry for Initial and Competing renewal proposals 
    - Reduced budget screens from 18 to 2

- An enhanced request research team screen 
    - Added proposed effort to the researched team list screen and simplified adding and removing members
- Improvements to the request dashboard 
    - Added the ability to save a default view and the ability to search for multiple or ranges of tubs and orgs
    - For more information see the additions of “[Additional dashboard actions](/requests-dashboard#additionalactions)” and changes to “[Filterable and sortable columns](/requests-dashboard#Columns)” in the [Requests Dashboard job aid](/requests-dashboard)
- Financial deliverable bug fixes and enhancements 
    - Departments can now download the financial deliverables dashboard
- Updates to external organization profiles 
    - Added a new panel for non-federal organizations to show the last 5 years of awarded overhead rates
