#  GMAS Stabilization Release - April 15th

 GMAS will be unavailable starting at 7PM on Monday April 15th for a stabilization release. It will be available again no later than 8AM on Tuesday April 16th.

 The stabilization release includes the following:

- Refactoring of segment revision to prevent timeout errors on large projects
- Default the IDC rate to null instead of 0% on the new budget entry screen for initial and competing renewals
- Correction of a navigation issue from the edit budget screen to direct to the proposal homepage
- Correction of an issue with changing the number of budget periods from the new budget view screen for initial and competing renewals
