**Did you know you can efficiently add multiple records in a single request, reducing the need for review and sign-off to just once for all included records?**

After your proposal has been submitted, you may identify the need to add subrecipient relationships to your GMAS segment. Instead of entering multiple 'Subrecipient addition at no additional cost' requests, you can consolidate all the subrecipient relationships into one request. Here’s how: Once you’ve added the first subrecipient record in the request, an "Add" button will appear on the subrecipient panel. Using this button, you can easily add an additional subrecipient relationship in the same request and repeat this process until they are all within the one request, streamlining the process and reducing the administrative burden.

Additionally, this concept of including multiple records in one request isn’t just for subrecipients. You can apply the same method to other requests, such as 'Interfaculty involvement at no additional cost' and 'New account' requests.
