#  GMAS unavailable starting at 9PM EST on Friday, March 8th

 GMAS will be unavailable starting at 9PM EST on Friday, March 8th for a release. The system will be available again at the start of business on Monday, March 11th.

 This release includes:

 Converting the request signatures module to the new GMAS format, which includes:

- A new converted and combined request signatures screen
- A converted internal organization home page
- A new process for setting required signatures
- The ability to request different roles to sign on different types of requests

 Converting some of the Changes to existing segments requests:

- Pre-award expenditures
- Carryforward- new ability to carryfoward money from multiple “from periods”
- No-cost extension- new ability to extend period within segment dates so that year logic extensions are possible
- Interfaculty involvement at no additional cost
- Early termination

 Performance enhancements when loading large projects.
