GMAS will be unavailable starting at 11:00 PM ET Friday, May 2 for a release. The system is expected to be available again by the end of day Saturday, May 3.

This release includes many enhancements including but not limited to:

- New requirement for the central submitting offices to categorize submitted proposal documents when recording submission information for initial request and competing renewals.
- Updates to the reallocations in Budget change requests to allow for reallocating across accounts without identifying object codes.
- New optional field in the At-Risk request where information about discretionary accounts can be entered.
- Ability to see attestation and training statuses from the segment approvals screen when the segment is pending.
- New GMAS MFTRP status “N/A” to reflect when an individual has been marked as not required to attest in the Research Administration Portal.
- Updates to the non-financial deliverable scheduler to allow additional recipients to be identified by role.
- Updates to transaction monitoring to track new sub overhead threshold amounts.
- Retirement of integrations with Oracle e-Biz for GL budgets. GL budgets will be saved in GMAS only going forward and shared directly with the Harvard Data Warehouse (HDW).
