#  March 2026 GMAS Release

The March GMAS release will be available on **Monday, March 16th.**   
In support of this release, the system will be **unavailable starting at 6:00 PM ET on Friday, March 13th.**   
GMAS will be available again no later than the start of business on Monday, March 16th.

This release introduces a new workflow for requesting segment revisions, improves the project snapshot functionality, and includes minor technical enhancements.

### Requesting a Segment Revision 

**Reason**: Support OSP's pilot program for requesting a segment revision

**Requested by**: OSP

**Enhancements**:

- Creation of a dashboard, only visible to central submitting offices
- Creation of a request entry form and workflow to move a revision request from under development to revision committed were created, only visible to central submitting offices
    - A link to the segment revision was created to automatically mark the request as revision committed upon completing the segment revision.

### Other Updates

##### Enhancements to the project snapshot 

- The project summary section on the segment homepage will now show Other sponsors (Co-Sponsors and Payee, Pass throughs)
- The project summary on all project screens will now show:
    - Prime sponsor and prime institute PI
    - Other sponsor
    - Tub and Org information
    - Link to Administrative team screen

##### Technical enhancements

- Addressed an issue with TOOR feed to correctly apply orgs to all University-wide teams
