#  GMAS June 2021 Release

 The GMAS June 2021 release will be available as of the start of business on June 11th, 2021. This release includes a few enhancements, screen conversions, and some minor bug fixes.

 **Enhancements:**

- Cost sharing and International requests will now default "Central Administrator" signatures if the central level org has that set as the required signature.
- Merging persons will not update OAIR approval statuses for existing OAIR approvals.

 **Screen Conversions:**

- This release also delivers a number of screens that have been converted to the GMAS look-and-feel. 
    - Converted the edit and view screens for Staff/Space approvals.
    - Converted the edit and view screens for Debarment trainee approvals.
    - Convert the edit and view screens for Debarment vendor approvals.

 **OAIR:**

- OAIR approvals associated to inactive HUIDS will function the same as non-HUID OAIR approvals: 
    - The OAIR approvals page of inactive HUIDS will now have an edit button to update approval status.
    - OAIR approval statuses will display if they are associated to inactive HUIDS.
    - OAIR approval page will display a warning when associated to an inactive HUIDS.
- Updates to the OAIR Delete job 
    - GMAS will no longer send OAIR approvals that were in a "Done" status when it was deleted.
- Updates to the OAIR send/create job 
    - GMAS will no longer send OAIR approvals where the segment status is "Closed" or "Not funded"
- When making segment revisions, legacy projects (created prior to January 18th, 2021) will no longer generate OAIR approvals for investigators.

 **Bug fixes:**

- Fixed a bug where some projects would not let users edit team member roles from proposal home.
- Foreign/Overseas will only appear on key info for projects that are associated with that retired approval.
- Fixed a bug related to how negative currency was displayed. 
    - Negative currency will display in parenthesis once again.
