# GMAS Release 1\_31 April 15, 2012 ## Global The additional PIN log in during the electronic signature process has been removed. ## System-to-system (S2S) - Added support for the PHS Supplemental Form v1.2 required for NIH fellowship applications for Grants.gov via S2S proposal submission. - Principal Investigators now appear on the R&R budget regardless of whether they have effort, salary, or fringe on a proposal budget. - Fixed the issue that caused the duplication of rows in the R&R budget after adding budget periods. The fix also resolved a segment revision error when setting up new accounts. ## Letter of Credit (LOC) - The adjustment search has been enhanced to include the following: - Identify awards where expenses or income do not match the Final Figure - Identify awards with postings to Other Income ## Accounts - Fixed the issue that caused an error when changing the owning Org of an activity during a segment revision. - Fixed the issue that prevented accounts from being sent to the General Ledger (GL) in certain cases. ## Document Repository - The technology supporting the GMAS document repositories has been completely upgraded. While most functionality will remain unchanged, the technical upgrade contains a few changes: - Removal "Scan Document" button - Addition of ability to "Download Copy" of prior versions of documents - Change of document counts from only including documents and emails in parent folder to including documents, emails and email attachments in parent and sub-folders - Fixed the bug that was causing content to be removed for emails including images (such as a logo) and attachments that were sent into GMAS via . ## Subagreements - The Subagreement homepage has been updated to reflect all expense object codes.
