### New dashboard for requests

- Improved version of the existing "Requests in process" dashboard. More detail about this dashboard can be found [here](/requests-dashboard).
- Requests are grouped by status, can also set a high level filter for "My portfolio", "HMS", "SPH", and "University area".
- Signatures for request can be viewed by expanding an individual row.
- New "Central reviewer" field allows more flexibility for proposal review assignment and tracking.
    - Central reviewers are either defaulted based on configurable business rules, or can be set directly from the dashboard.
