 GMAS release 1\_52.3 is a bug fix release and will be available at the start of business on Thursday January 23, 2020

 The following issues are being addressed:

- The "submit to sponsor" modal dialog for initial proposals was incorrectly disabled if the button was clicked after scrolling the page.
- Fixed an issue with OAR approvals getting created incorrectly by continuation requests.
- Fixed an error when switching the project type from "Billing agreement" to "Basic research"
- Updated the ESTR IRB approval import interface to ignore cases where the GMAS project doesn't exist, instead of reporting a warning
