**Release notes**

The March release fixes some bugs that resulted from the February 2023 release which included major technical updates and a major upgrade to the subagreements module in GMAS.

Updates were made in the following areas:

Sub dashboard

- Date to central filter has been fixed to enable filtering by number of days ago a sub was routed to central for review.
- Filters will be saved within an individuals GMAS session and will no longer revert to the default filters when navigating in and out of the dashboard.
- A count of subagreements and subamendments will be available from the dashboard.

Subagreement/Subamendment home

- Removed the empty comment boxes in the show all view when in ready for revision status.

Subrecipient homescreen

- Open all now also expads the subagreement and subamendment documents.
- Action memos that incuded an edit for a subrecipient will appear on the Subrecipients homepage in a new panel called "Related action memos" to help display only those action memos related to the subrecipient.

Sub requests

- Updated the title of the create screen to be "Create subrecipient" instead of "Create subagreement".

Notifications

- Fixed an issue related to the ready for revision assignment notifications not properly sending to assignee.
- Fixed an issue related to notifications opted into referencing an individuals standing team scope instead of portfolio (admin team scope).
- Added ability to turn all event notifications on or off in one action from notification preferences screen.

Other

- Fixed the job that updates financial deiverables to ready for processing and ready with errors to address a bug that would occur when one deliverable met multiple rules to pull it into the dashboard.
- Corrected an issue preventing comments from being saved from the deliverables or approvals list screen.
- Organization risk assessments order was fixed to be descending again.
- Pending action memos will appear at the top of the action memo list screen again.
- Fixed bulk actions behavior when categories are applied to documents within a repository.
- Fixed a bug related to internally awarding requests not properly moving the request to "Internally awarded".

Technical

- Update HTP course assignments interface logic to clear the table before it rebuilds the table with new data.
- Created new view of roles for the Research Administration Portal.
