GMAS Release 1_37

Comments

New comments feature which allows users to make distinct comments that are recorded with user's name and a timestamp has been added to the following areas:

  • Approvals
  • Subagreement Amendments
  • Non-Financial Reports
  • Receivables
  • Accounts
  • The new comments feature now allows users to exit the comment pop-up by clicking outside of the pop-up in addition to selecting Close.
  • Comments created under the PI Appointment Term question in the request guided steps and in revisions now live separately from the PI Appointment Term Approval comments. 
  • Comments associated to a Request or a Segment now delete from the database when a user deletes those Requests or Segments from GMAS.

Approvals

  • Debarment Approval screen now links to SAM instead of EPLS from the guidance links.
  • All guidance links and forms have been removed from the Admin Salaries Approval Screen.
  • PI Appointment Term question (in the Approval, Request Guided Steps, and the Revision) now only allows a user to select from the additional responses applicable to when the PI Appointment does expire when "Yes" is selected. Comments in the "Other" section are only editable when "Other" is selected.

General

  • Functionality to Confirm the Research Team no longer disappears from the Segment Home Screen when a user commits a Revision to create an At-Risk account.

Interfaces

  • Interest credit journal calculation for July 15th NE process is updated to use the same logic as all of the other months.

Technical

  • Ability to track browser user agent strings has been added to database audit tables.
  • GMAS developers can no longer modify states of weblogic admin servers in GMAS Prod, Test and Training domains.
