May 2026 GMAS Release
The May 2026 release will be available on Friday, May 8th, 2026.
In support of this release, the system will be unavailable starting at 6:00 PM ET on Thursday, May 7th.
GMAS will be available again no later than the start of business on Friday, May 8th.
The focus of this release is a major technical upgrade. In addition to the technical upgrade, a screen was converted into the new interface.
Screen Convert
Reason: Continued progress in moving the GMAS application into the newer interface
- Converted segment event history screen to newer interface.
- The limit of ten events per page has been updated to allow up to 1,000 records before needing to click to the next set.
- An expand has replaced the need to drill into a separate screen to get additional information including a link to the record.
- Retired segment event history details screen.
Major Technical Upgrade
Upgraded to PrimeFaces14
- This technical upgrade affected all GMAS screens in the newer interface, requiring testing and design updates across each screen to ensure existing behaviors and patterns were maintained.
- Date picker year field behavior has been slightly changed with the upgrade.

Stabilization release
The stabilization release will be available on Saturday, May 30th, 2026.
In support of this release, the system will be unavailable starting at 6:00 PM ET on Friday, May 29th.
GMAS should be available again around 9:00 PM ET Friday evening.
In our stabilization release we addressed the following issues:
- Addressed OKTA session issues that were resulting in users receiving error messages while performing tasks in GMAS.
- Improved background system queries that are believed to have been causing performance and error issues being experienced by users.
- Segment homepage dates and dollars
- Financial deliverable dashboard
- Restored the option to unassign the central reviewer from request screens.
- Fixed the account search and filter fields on the segment transaction monitoring screen.
- Fixed the reassign function from financial deliverable dashboard so that records from the current filter selections are displayed.
- Updated segment summary data in GMAS API to include segment fund, fund type, authorized total, anticipated total, total expenditures
- Updated the assignment group to default as OSP operations when a segment revision request form is being entered.
