GMAS unavailable starting at 6PM on Friday, September 13th

GMAS will be unavailable starting at 6PM on Friday, September 13th for a release. The system will be available again at the start of business on Monday, September 16th.

This release is in support of continued conversion of GMAS screens to the newer look and feel.

  • This release will include conversion of the full suite of “Changes to existing segment” requests and “Internal requests”.
    • The rebudget request will be restructured for clarity and ease of use.
    • A new “Other” request type will be added.
  • The Non-financial deliverables will be fully converted with a few small enhancements.
    • New ability to send notification to additional recipients.
  • In addition to convert efforts, this release will also include other minor enhancements and bug fixes including:
    • A new optional sponsor contact information field in the segment homepage summary.
    • Inclusion of initial request and prior version requests in the automatic request closeout process.
    • An update to malign foreign talent recruitment program (MFTRP) attestation statues to identify the attestation as “In review.”
