GMAS unavailable starting at 6PM on Thursday, May 16

GMAS will be unavailable on Thursday, May 16 from 6:00 PM ET through the start of business Friday, May 17.

This release includes:

  • Integrations with the Research Administration Portal to share information about research team key personnel and investigators (Covered Individuals) and to receive status updates related to a new Malign Foreign Talent Recruitment Program attestation in support of new sponsor and University requirements. Statuses related to fulfilling the attestation requirements will be shared across GMAS request research team screens.

  • Addition of ORCID iD link on GMAS person profile homepage.

  • Integrations with the Agreements and Data Safety systems to show records where the GMAS segment was linked in the Agreements and Data Safety systems.

  • Various bug fixes and enhancements ​including, adding account comments link on the financial deliverable screen on final figure panel, changing central role signatories to be a drop-down menu instead of open person look-up on the lock and route screen, and correcting a bug related to incorrectly end dating people when signatures are edited.
